What do maturing adults need to thrive in their later years?

This is the question answered every week by Sizzlin' Seniors the award-winning Dallas area community TV show written, produced and starring Dee Taylor.  This award winning program is made to appeal to the 76 million Americans who are 50+ today.  The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that by 2030 when the Baby Boomers are in full retirement almost 20% of the population will be over age 65.

Seniors Research Group (Livonia, MI) reports recently that "80% of panel members watch network television daily and 60% watch cable television daily."  According to Television Quarterly seniors want to watch seniors on television, obviously because they can relate better to the program.

Sizzlin' Seniors is one of the most popular and successful senior programs on the market today.  This TV program has been on the air since 1997 and currently airs 18 times each week in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area reaching 2 million viewers.  With educational and entertaining information that is timely for seniors, each program is designed to help seniors enjoy healthy, active and happy lifestyles as they grow older.
